Professional Profile: Senior Test Analyst / Senior Test Engineer

I am an ISTQB and ISEB-accredited I.T. test analyst, drawing on over 10 years of experience as a test analyst, quality assurance consultant and test team leader. In addition to this I also have experience as a website designer, software engineer, customer coordinator and technical author. This experience has been applied to military, commercial and local government projects. I apply an innovative and diligently thorough approach to all tasks or problems.

I am looking to expand my existing role as a test analyst and test team leader. I am flexible and willing to learn new skills as appropriate for current and future projects, with the aim of teaching others via good example. I hold a full, clean driving license, a British passport, and have been security cleared to SC level (1996-2006).

QA test team leading.

Tools include Jira, TestLink, SoapUI, VMware, iMacros, DOORS, configuration/issue-management systems.

Experience using multiple languages (bespoke applications, web systems and RAD prototyping).
Tools used include MS Windows, Linux, MS Office/VBA, MS Visual Studio, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle.

Additional skills:

Strong customer relationship skills, customer account management and customer training/support tasks.
I have the self-discipline to work from home, and have experience as a technical author.
